Refund & Exchange Policy
The client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status, as well as the processing period for this application, are solely at the discretion of the government and not Akadya Immigration.
The Client accepts that the granting of a visa or status and the processing time for this application are solely at the discretion of the Government of Canada (or Government Authorities) and not Akadya Immigration. In addition, the Client accepts that payments are nonrefundable if an application is denied.
If, however, Akadya Immigration or professional staff do not fulfil the activities outlined in the Agreement, Akadya Immigration will reimburse a portion or all of the collected professional fees. The Client acknowledges that any reimbursement is exclusively limited to the number of professional fees paid.
We take all of our client’s situations extremely seriously and will do all possible to assure victory. It should be known that our clients pay us for our knowledge and for our labour and time on a case and that while we will always strive for a favourable outcome, we cannot guarantee the success of any issue for which we are appointed.
Akadya Immigrations is not responsible for refunding any money if the client fails to submit the needed documents within the specified time frame. The consequence of submitting documents after the deadline may be detrimental to the application.
The Client acknowledges that the information he/she gives must be accurate and truthful and that any misrepresentations or omissions may render this Agreement null and void, or adversely affect the outcome of the application or the retention of whatever immigration status he/she may receive.
Cancellation Policy
Once we receive payment and a signed contract, we will contact the customer within 48 hours to provide all the specifics of the initial process; alternatively, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be issued back to the customer’s original payment method. Depending on the bank and region, the refund transfer could take up to 30 days to process.
